The Barn:
To reserve your event date, a signed contract and a security deposit of 50% of total fee is required

- Full access to the estate vineyard including the barn, patio, bocce ball court, lawn & fire pit for 4-5 hours on the day of the event (includes set up & breakdown).
- Day access to the Casita (with a full kitchen).
- Banquet-style wood tables & chairs provided
- 2 flat-screen TV’s; projector, Sonos system for indoors & outdoor music & WiFi available
- Access to Preferred Vendor List
- Wine & beer available at a standard rate *Inquire about beverage package
- 20 guest parking spots on the property * Uber & Lyft encouraged
- Linens, glassware, plates & flatware available for a charge
- Cleaning fee of $200 applied to the final bill
- Cost of labor for wait staff and other service providers not included
Main House + Casita:
Book an extended stay at the Main House and/or at the Casita (attached to “The Barn”). The main house includes 5 large bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, is approximately 10,300 square feet, and can sleep 18 people.
The Master Suite: King bed, 2 balconies, and a spa-like bathroom with a steam shower
